We can confirm a number of changes to our committee ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.
As announced a couple of months ago Mick Glossop stood down as chairperson on 31st July 2022 to bring to an end his seven year tenure as the head of the SC. Alan Thomson, who has served on the committee since 2018 has now taken over as chairperson, good luck in your new role Alan!
Sue Clapham who has been our vice chairperson since our formation in 2010, has also had a change in role and will now serve as a committee member going forward. Thank you for your loyal service and hard work Sue!
Bill Tait, who joined the committee in 2019, has stepped up to the role of vice chairperson and we look forward to the beginning of a new era for the SC with Alan and Bill leading us forward.
Alan and Bill are both season ticket holders of the club who are regularly at home and away games and both share a passion for the football club and its supporters.
We also welcome three new committee members in Derrick Stephens, Ian Johnson and Ian Bellerby, thank you to Ian and Ian for volunteering to join the committee and we look forward to working with you all.
